The Clear Group is pleased to announce the integration of EBIB Insurances and the Life & Pensions division of Phelan Caswell Financial Planning into Clear Insurance Ireland, effective 1 February 2026. This follows the rebrand of Clear Insurance Ireland in July 2025 and represents a further step in the Group’s strategic expansion within the Irish market.
The integration brings together established businesses with strong local market positions, deep insurance expertise, and long-standing client relationships. By consolidating these teams under the Clear Insurance Ireland platform, The Clear Group continues to enhance its scale, capability, and geographic reach across Dublin and beyond.
This expansion supports the Group’s long-term strategy of building high-quality, specialist insurance businesses that deliver sustainable, organic growth while maintaining strong client service and operational excellence.
From a client and operational perspective, the integration is expected to be seamless, with continuity of service and relationships remaining a priority throughout the transition.
